Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel has been sent.

Returning an item
Returns must be approved by us via email before we can start the returns process. You will have 3 days upon receipt to contact us and 14 days to return.

Faults
All faults must be assessed by us before any further action is taken.

What are all the different sizings?
We have a lot of International as well as Australian brands. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart to help find your size. Some brands and cuts can differ.

Care Instructions
All items by law need to have displayed the care instructions for the garment as well as fabrication and where it has been made. As a general rule for such delicate clothing, handwashing or dry cleaning (where applicable) is preferable. Please do not put delicate fabrics in a washing machine or in a clothes dryer as you run the risk of colour running and shrinkage.
